According to what have been shown in the game of West Indies Cricket, I would be abyss in my mind to think that Mr. Sarwan cares about himself more than what is best for West Indies Cricket. Peradventure my presumptions are correct, I would err on the side of success than on the side of experiment, I think Mr. Gayle has demonstrated the irrefutable ability to lead from the front in commanding his Warriors in showing their unabashed ability in performing their duty.

Contrary to popular belief, If a leader demonstrates his ability to lead and command respect, I say you have a man or virtue at the helm. The missing link from West Indies Cricket is that determination to perform even when your thumb is broken, even when your hamstring is defective, even when the mass are saying you are not good enough.

We have seen this from the present leadership, this was missing 10 years ago! We must not instigate infighting on this board, suggest racial ethos on this board to thwart the mind of the players. We need what is best for the team, Sarwan and Gayle are warriors they are friends, Sarwan will humble himself and embrace the success of Gayle above what we assumed as his ego.

Remember Sarwan has not said nay nor bay to our postulation on this board! However, Mr. Cozier saw something he has not seen in too many a years! I was so happy to see him having something to write about. I Love that man dearly! The greatest commentator the world has ever known in Cricket. Thanks to you great one. I concur with you. Gayle is the man!
