Srtt: I think everything in the West Indies is about Attitude! They label you an attitude problem if you are assertive. I think with Baugh I heard he has an attitude problem.

You know the old slavery mentality! I say you do, and you asked how high. Because these young men do not lick the posterior of the many they get capped for standing their ground.

I am not saying anyone should be disrespectful, but whether you are a leader or a servant! Each should be respected.

With regards to great leaders, the only ones that are successful are Servant leaders, those that do what they asked others to do.

I just wish we picked the right team and play the right men who will give 110% effort off the field and on the field. Men that truly represent West Indies Interest.

I really don't abhor any of our players! I just want a winning team! Effort, Commitment, Determination and Dedication.

To me that’s not so much to ask for from the men we have come to love and respected.

I am happy that Mr. Hunte a former Cricketer himself is starting to show us some glimmer of hope within the structure of the WICB.

I think he is going to do us well! His Statement about the former players should not be treated as if they are not needed or forgotten has earned him 100% on my radar as a man with dignity.

I believe the Lord is going to use him to lead the WICB in the right direction for what little future we have left on this earth.
